Her ADHD Team does more than list you. We’re the only ADHD directory built to reduce the mental load for women with ADHD, connecting the right women to the providers who understand them and giving them a reason to follow through.
Start Your ApplicationThis isn’t a listing you get lost in. Here’s what sets Her ADHD Team apart, for the women we serve and for you.
The only ADHD directory built specifically to reduce the mental load for women with ADHD. The exhausting search for care is exactly what we take off their plate.
ADHD touches every part of life, and no one provider can address all of it. Here you gain a network of trusted professionals to refer to, so you can surround a client with wraparound support, whether she needs help navigating trauma, a career, motherhood, a new diagnosis, financial coaching, or finding order in the chaos.
The heart of this is increasing access to care for women and helping providers with this exact skill set be found by the women who need them. Our goal is therapists, prescribers, coaches, organizers, and other professionals listed in every state, so no matter where she lives, a woman can find the care and support she deserves.
Founded by a woman with ADHD who also happens to be a therapist. I know both sides of the coin, and I care about supporting the professionals and the countless women who need a focused space like this.
In a general directory you are one of hundreds of thousands of providers splitting the same traffic, and every provider who joins makes each profile work harder for the same attention. This is a focused space. The women browsing here are already looking for exactly what you offer, so you are found for the right reasons instead of competing to be noticed in a very long list.
How women search is changing, and we build for that. Your profile lives on its own public page that search engines can read, so she can find you whether she arrives through the directory, a Google search, or an AI assistant she asked for a recommendation. Profiles buried behind a directory's search box are invisible to all of that, and we intend to keep the site current as search keeps shifting.
For decades, ADHD in women went unseen. Now more women than ever are recognizing it in themselves and reaching for help, and running into a system that wasn't built for them.
Behind each number is a woman who suspected something, asked for help, and was met with a misdiagnosis, dismissed, or told to try harder.
You can be the provider they've been looking for. These women are actively searching for the understanding you offer, and when they find it, the relief is real. Her ADHD Team also gives you more to offer them: because ADHD touches every part of life, you'll have a network of trusted professionals to refer to, from therapists and prescribers to coaches, organizers, and financial support. That means you can surround a client with the wraparound, whole-person care ADHD really needs, without carrying it all yourself. Meaningful work and a healthy practice aren't at odds here; this is a growing, underserved space, so doing this work well tends to bring a steady stream of clients who value it and refer others who've felt just as unseen.
Every membership puts your practice in front of women actively searching for a provider who understands ADHD. Flat monthly rate, no commission, and you keep your own clients and 100% of your fees. The pricing is simple on purpose, so the focus stays on the work.
Every provider is reviewed personally. We ask four real questions because we're building a network, not a listings page.
How do you uniquely work with women with ADHD, and what special clinical or coaching considerations do you take for them?
What specific additional training or certifications have you completed regarding ADHD and neurodivergent women?
Why are you passionate about dedicating your practice to adult women with ADHD?
Why do you specifically want to be a foundational part of the Her ADHD Team network?
We review every application personally. This is a small, intentional community of providers who understand ADHD in women, and we want to know a little about you before we welcome you in. It should take about five minutes.
We read every application and will be in touch personally. If approved, we will help you set up your profile and share founding member pricing. Applying does not create a listing, and being listed is not an endorsement.
This directory provides access to both licensed clinical medical professionals and non-clinical lifestyle support services. Coaching, organizing, financial, and other non-clinical services do not constitute mental health treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or medical advice. Always consult a licensed professional for care specific to you.
