GETTING STARTED

How does Her ADHD Team work?

We're a curated directory of therapists, psychiatrists, coaches, organizers, and other specialists who focus on ADHD in adult women. You browse, read full profiles, and reach out to whoever feels right. You book and pay providers directly through their own systems. We're here to help you find them, not to stand between you and your care.

Does it cost anything to use the directory?

No. Browsing and contacting providers is completely free for clients. Providers pay a flat monthly listing fee to be included, which is what keeps the directory free for you.

Do I need a diagnosis to find support here?

Not at all. Many of our providers work with women who are still questioning whether they have ADHD. Questioning counts. You're welcome here whether you were formally identified decades ago, last week, or not yet at all.

UNDERSTANDING PROVIDER BADGES

What do the badges on provider profiles mean?

Credentials can be hard to decode, so we translate a provider's training into plain-language badges. Providers select the badges that apply to them and describe their training in their own words. For therapists and psychiatrists, we verify an active license when they join. Here's what each badge means:

Verified licenseWe confirmed this clinician holds an active professional license at the time they joined.
ADHD CertifiedThis provider has completed specialized training or certification focused specifically on ADHD.
Trauma-InformedFoundational training in recognizing trauma and working in a way that avoids re-traumatizing.
Advanced Trauma CertifiedAdvanced certification in trauma treatment, beyond foundational training.
Neurodiversity-AffirmingPractices from the view that neurodivergence is a difference to support, not a defect to fix.

Can I trust the badges and credentials listed?

Badges and training details are self-reported by each provider, who is responsible for their accuracy. We verify that clinicians hold an active license when they join, but we do not independently audit every certification. Think of badges as a provider's honest description of their background, not a guarantee of outcomes. If a specific credential matters to you, you're always welcome to ask the provider directly.

FOR CLIENTS

What's the difference between a therapist, a coach, and the other specialists?

Therapists and psychiatrists provide licensed clinical care, including diagnosis and, where relevant, medication. Coaches, organizers, financial professionals, and other specialists provide practical, non-clinical support. Coaching and organizing are not mental health treatment. Many women build a team that includes both kinds of support.

Can I reach out to a provider before committing?

Yes. Every profile links to the provider's own contact or booking. Reaching out costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It's there so you can find out whether someone feels right before anything else.

FOR PROVIDERS

How much does a listing cost?

Flat monthly pricing with no commission: $45 for non-clinical specialists, $75 for licensed clinicians, and $225 for group practices with up to six providers. Clients book and pay you directly. We never take a percentage of your fees.

What do I get besides a listing?

Your profile, plain-language credential badges, presence in client team hubs, and access to the Her ADHD Toolbox resource library for use in your own practice. Clinicians also get a verified-license badge and multi-state licensure display.

This directory provides access to both licensed clinical medical professionals and non-clinical lifestyle support services. Coaching, organizing, financial, and other non-clinical services do not constitute mental health treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or medical advice. Always consult a licensed professional for care specific to you.
